At Fellow, we stand behind the quality of our brewing equipment and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. We want to ensure every cup you brew is perfect, so if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
